Coach’s Outlook for 2022: “Our #1 goal going into every season is to become better versions of ourselves as players, teammates, coaches, and as a program. This year’s squad has put in an ample amount of time. The competition at practices has been fierce for major playing time as well as specific contribution roles. We need to replace 6/7 starters on defense and the bulk of the starting offense.

“We have a very talented roster but we will need to prove ourselves early and often on both sides of the ball that we can compete with the best. We have a lot of confidence as a staff in the guys that will be stepping into major roles this season and really believe this is a special group. Many of these guys have been playing together since 5th grade and have a strong bond off the field. They’re ready to step up, compete, and contribute.”

The core group of our team is highly focused on winning and have worked hard to truly build a winning culture back into this program. The coaches have loved the heart, hustle and never-say-quit attitude that they bring to every day whether it is offseason workouts, practices or scrimmages. It has made coaching this team a true joy again.”
