BASIC TRAINING LAX GOALIE TRAINING
Personal training for Youth, High School and College lacrosse goalies in superior stick and body position, stance, movement, ball control, and clearing, as well as how to leverage a goalie’s physical and mental abilities to achieve a consistent level of outstanding performance. We view goalie training as a repetitive progression of very specific fundamentals and techniques. Our instruction has resulted in numerous trainees being selected as PA All State and All Americans as well as multiple collegiate All Americans. Our focus, however, is in helping all of our trainees be the best goalie they can be at whatever level they play.-Shooting drills conducted to determine Baseline Performance & Level of Ability
