The Phillylacrosse.com Girls’ Rankings for April 19:

1.(tie) Conestoga (6-0-1) – Last week: No. 1. The Pioneers – after tying Penn Charter 13-13 – play at Garnet Valley Thursday and host Radnor Saturday;
1.(tie) Penn Charter (7-0-1) – Last week: No. 2. The Quakers play Tuesday at Germantown Academy.
3.Garnet Valley (7-0) – Last week: No. 3. The Jaguars host No. 1 Conestoga on Thursday in a key Central League showdown.
4.Radnor (5-0) – Last week: No. 4. The Raiders travel to Springfield-Delco on Tuesday.
5.Archbishop Carroll (6-1) – Last week: No. 5. The Patriots continue to roll in the Catholic League.
6.Unionville (5-0) – Last week: No. 6. The Longhorns play Tuesday at Henderson.
7.Downingtown West (7-0) – Last week: No. 7. The Whippets defeated Bishop Shanahan, 14-8.
8.Manheim Township (8-2) – Last week: No. 10. The Blue Streaks toppled Cocalico, 14-9.
9.Agnes Irwin (5-3) – Last week: No. 12. The Owls got back on track with three wins last week.
10.Cardinal O’Hara (5-1) – Last week: No. 13. The Lions won three games last week.
11.Moorestown-NJ (0-0) – Last week: No. 9. The Quakers open their season today vs. Hunterdon Central.
12.Cape Henlopen-DE (4-1) – Last week: No. 15. The Vikings play at 4-0 Ursuline Academy – perhaps their biggest threat in Delaware this year – this afternoon.
13.Downingtown East (8-0) – Last week: Unranked. The Cougars host Bishop Shanahan on Tuesday.
14.Bishop Shanahan (3-2) – Last week: No. 14. The Eagles travel to Downingtowen East on Tuesday.
15.Owen J. Roberts (5-0) – Last week: Unranked. The Wildcats play Saturday at 3-0 Methacton.
