Germantown Friends School is offering two lacrosse camps for players who want to improve their game this summer. The first camp, Girls Lacrosse, offers something for everyone from beginners to advanced players. The camp, which will run 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. from June 14-18, is for girls rising to grades 2-9. The program will focus on skill-building, with a major emphasis on stick work, positional play, defensive footwork, and game concepts. The second camp, Lacrosse: Go to Goal will run from June 21-25 and is for girls rising to grades 5-9. This camp will focus on crease play, shot selection, and penalty shots, in addition to strategy and game fundamentals. Goalie-specific training will be offered during both camps. Campers who don’t want the fun to end at 12:30 p.m. are invited to enroll either in After Athletics Camp to enjoy even more Lacrosse action or to participate in other fun activity options such as Yoga, Art, or Fitness. Alternatively, Lacrosse campers can opt to register for the Afternoon Golf Program at Walnut Lane, which offers instruction for players of all skill levels. NXT Cradle Lacrosse Camps (Coed) teach basic skills in a four-day camp that focuses on building players’ confidence and having success through its unique curriculum that allows kids to be introduced to lacrosse in a fun, memorable way. Cradle Lacrosse is open to boys and girls ages 4-8 that want to learn lacrosse! No experience is needed – just come and play! Camps are 9 AM – 12 PM. Play Fast Camp is NXT’s fundamental-level four-day camp for boys and girls ages 7-14 who want to tune up their skills and elevate their game. For players of all levels and positions, including goalie, the carefully designed Play Fast curriculum skips the lines and puts players through fast-paced, high-energy drills. The 8-to-1 player-to-coach ratio keeps things moving. In the morning players work on individual skill development and team concepts, with the afternoon dedicated to team bonding, splash games, and scrimmages. Camps are held from 9 AM – 3 PM. Blue Ox Summer Lacrosse Camp Experience at Indian Springs Day Camp (Chester Springs), June 21-24, for all ages B/G. Held at historic Indian Springs Day Camp in Chester Springs, the camp features elite instruction in lacrosse and many other activities. Registration here . Lacrosse instruction and games are followed by a day of adventure and fun on the 46-acre campsite. Activities include but are not limited to: GA-GA, Basketball, Volleyball, Swimming,
Mini Golf, Rock Climbing, Flag football, Soccer, Dodgeball, Box Lacrosse, Boating and Fishing, Archery. TEAM DISCOUNT and sibling discounts.

NXT Lacrosse Academy is an intense small-group training session for the advanced middle school player. The focus of the summer NLA is one-on-one instruction for players who want to focus on skill development. Current Division I, II, and III college coaches and players will lead each session alongside NXT coaches to help demo, train, and develop the next generation. Camps are held from 12 PM – 3 PM. NXT HYPE NIGHT is back for its sixth year! Only 120 of the best players in the 2025, 2026, and 2027 grad years will compete under the lights during this 3-night summer camp that sets the stage for another epic fall season. This year’s Hype Night takes place earlier in the summer season to be more convenient for players and their families and help players get ready to dominate their club tryouts. Excel Camp, with EA Varsity Coach Josie Tomaino and her team, Grades 3 to 8, June 22-26 (full day, Grades 3-to-8; half day for Grades 1 to 6) and July 20-24 (Grades 1-to-8, PM half day) and July 27-31 (Grades 1 to 6, AM Half day). Phila Box Academy, by NXT is designed to educate and train elementary, middle, and high school players on the benefits of playing box lacrosse. The goal is to inspire the next generation of American box players. Players will learn to execute the 2-man game, excel in tight spaces, be more creative without the ball, and improve their stick skills. Camps run from 6 PM – 9 PM.
