Why did you choose Florida, Women’s D1? “The University of Florida offers amazing programs and facilities for student athletes. I am very motivated by Florida’s high energy, successful lacrosse program started by coach (Mandee) O’Leary (Temple and Spring-Ford grad) in 2010. Both Coach O’Leary and Coach Thorpe share a passion for lacrosse, hard work, athlete support, academics and the desire to win an NCAA championship. Both coaches referenced the importance of team and spoke of the Gator lacrosse family. Family is very important to me so the focus on team, family, and championship success lines up perfectly with my personal goals. The final piece was a day with Coach O’Leary touring the amazing University of Florida academic and athletic facilities as well as talking with athletic academic advisors. I knew I wanted to be a Gator!”

Thank You: “I would like to thank my family and friends for their years of support and I share a special thank you for all of my coaches who encouraged me to get better every day and who supported me through this exciting process: Coach Magarity, Coach Munro, Coach Cross, Coach Rowley, Coach Rogers and Coach Phillips.”
