Foundation Lacrosse is excited to announce it will be running its weekly Goalie Training with TWO options each week this September through October 24 at Steelyard Sports in King of Prussia.
Foundation is holding sessions on Fridays from 5:30-7pm and Sundays from 4:30-6pm. This is a great way to get dialed in for the Fall season and keep working on your goalie-specific game.
All sessions are open to boys and girls, but programming will be unique and split. Goalies will be grouped into 3-to-4 player groups by age/ability, and the pace will be high with hands-on coaching throughout. This is the BEST way for local goalies to stay sharp and get better through the Fall, and goalies benefit from not only the coaching but the fast-paced training and competitive environment.
Sessions will be led by Dave Page (former UPenn coach, now head coach at The Hill School), Kate Goldstein (UPenn Assistant), Jules Horning (Marquette), Logan Duffie (Widener University Assistant) and other local college goalies and shooters.
Spots are limited, so register ASAP.
