ELax Girls’ Coaches/Goalie Clinic on March 1 at the Gaetano’s Indoor Soccer complex in Newfield, N.J., near Vineland. The event will run from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Goalies of all age may register and coaches can register to receive hands-on instruction. ELax is run by Dianna Eberl, a Level 3 certified coach with 20 years of experience training goalies. Click here to register


Ultimate Lacrosse Supplemental tryouts for its PA (based at Germantown Academy) and Chester County teams. Ultimate is looking to fill limited spots remaining on rosters for 2022-2023-2025-2026-2027 teams and 2024 (goalie only). If interested, reach out to (Chester County) or (PA).

Winter Tournaments

The Igloo Games 2.0, Maplezone Sports Institute is proud to host The Igloo Games 2.0, a premier girls lacrosse tournament held on President’s Day, February 17, 2020 at the MSI Fieldhouse. With a 12 team MAX limit, this tournament for high school level girls is sure to bring out the best competition. Game play is 7v7 with each team being guaranteed four 20 minute contests. Optimum roster size is 15 players. Each team must have a goalie. Owls 4v4 Girls Lacrosse Shootout Tournament for girls youth teams on Feb. 29 at Agnes Irwin School. Website:
When/Where: Saturday, February 29th at The Agnes Irwin School
Schedule: 5th & 6th Grade Division – 8:30am-Noon; 7th & 8th Grade Division – 1pm-4:45pm. Half Field 4v4 plus a GK. Winning teams get t-shirts! Each player must provide their own reversible. Registration Details:
Coaches can register their teams first (free of charge) and then players can go on website and roster/pay individually. Players can also register as individuals if you do not have a team to play for. We will assign you to a house team within your age group.

Coaching Clinic

Winter Training

NXT Play Fast,  a four-week program, is geared toward 7-14-year-olds who want to fine-tune their skills and elevate their game. NXT’s professional, high-level coaches work directly with players through a carefully-designed curriculum to challenge all skill levels. Players go through four 90-minute weekly sessions of fast-paced, high-energy drills, short lines and lots of small-sided games! Boys and girls Play Fast training run simultaneously at Main Line Sports Center in Berwyn and offer 3 sessions this winter in January and February. Session II: February 7 – 28, Fridays. 5:30 – 7:00 PM; Session III: February 8 – 29, Saturdays. 10:00 – 11:30 AMClick here to register for Girls Play Fast

NXT Lacrosse Academy –  The NXT Lacrosse Academy (NLA) is an elite winter training for high-performing lacrosse players driven to take their game even higher. The program matches a player’s intensity with small-group, position-based instruction built on Division I training curriculum. This isn’t time to run through the motions in your average drill. The goal is measurable improvement and we’re looking for the area’s most talented and intense players who are committed to getting to the next level. College coaches who are confirmed for the Girls NLA include Wagner, Syracuse, Princeton, Temple, Penn State, Ohio State, James Madison, Penn, William & Mary, Columbia, and Drexel. Goalie Training

NetNation Winter Winter Goalie School 2020 (for boys and girls 9-to-17) at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy. Goalie school is all about getting you ready for your spring season. Brian Dougherty, Drew Adams and the elite NetNation staff break down techniques and corrects habits so you can dominate. Live shots, film/chalk talk and drills. Come graduation day, you’ll have the confidence to step between the pipes on March 1st to begin your spring season. When: Sundays 9:00 am – 12:00 pm; Feb 2nd, Feb 9th, Feb 16th, Feb 23rd & Mar 1st. Where: Springside Chestnut Hill Academy, 500 W. Spring Training

West Chester Lacrosse Association Spring Futures. Register Girls Futures – The Futures program serves girls in preschool and kindergarten (ages 3-5) and focuses on age-appropriate lacrosse FUNdamentals including footwork, hand-eye coordination, and agility. Your young lacrosse players will have a blast during our weekly sessions that incorporate lacrosse skills with fun games that teach athletic coordination. If your child is new to Futures, they will receive a stick to keep at the first session. Please note, as we use tennis balls; no helmets, goggles or mouth guards are required. Players will receive a West Chester Lacrosse Association pinnie and fun prizes. Spring League

West Chester Lacrosse Association Spring Recreation League – Uniform Kilts will be provided for the 3/4, 5/6, & 7/8 grade division. The WCLA Girls Spring League is a competitive recreation program. As a member of the Philadelphia Area Girls Lacrosse Association (“PAGLA”), WCLA adheres to its guidelines. The Girls Spring League is lead by WCLA Girls Director, Amanda Gionfriddo, and is enhanced by a staff of paid former high school and collegiate players/coaches, and experienced parent volunteers. The coaching staff and West Chester Lacrosse Association directors will make team assignments for each division.

Philly Summer Kickoff Elite Showcase, by Victory Events, June 12, The Proving Grounds (Conshohocken, PA). Position-specific session led by college coaches, a recruiting education session, and three (3) showcase games in front of NCAA coaches.
