The “US Lacrosse Athlete Mindset Series,” an eight-week webinar series geared towards giving lacrosse players and coaches tools to improve, continues this week with a session on confidence and resilience.
Leading the discussions is Arman Taghizadeh, M.D., (Dr. T), founder of the Mindset Training Institute, a Maryland-based organization that focuses on building confidence, promoting resilience, addressing mental health issues, and maximizing performance.
Join Dr. T of MTI as he connects with current Penn State women’s lacrosse player Maria Auth and former Penn State men’s lacrosse player and PLL standout Grant Ament (Haverford School) to discuss an athlete’s transition to higher levels of play. Learn how two of the best to play for the Nittany Lions, given the same options, chose uniquely different paths. Focusing on what they could control, they improved confidence, which promoted their development.
Dr. T, Maria and Grant will hold their free webinar “Confidence, Resilience and Mindset ” on Thursday, Oct. 29 at 6:00 p.m. (Eastern). Registration for the session is free of charge. Sign up at www.uslacrosse.org/webinar
