Back for a third year, Foundation Lacrosse is holding a 5-week Winter Training in the NCAA-Regulation Indoor “Bubble” at the University of Pennsylvania.
Led by UPenn assistant coach Dave Page and other local college coaches, goalies and shooters, these sessions will be fast-paced, challenging and fun while always focusing on building the base that makes high-level goalies great. Goalies will be broken up into groups by age/ability and pushed as they run through 90 minutes of stations, drills and competitions, being coached on the details of the position that will step their game up when it counts.
Sessions are capped at a max 4:1 ratio to ensure high reps and detailed coaching and held in the ONLY full-size NCAA regulation indoor turf in the area!
