T3 West girls’ travel tryouts will be held on Saturday, July 28 at Moravian Academy Middle School, Glasser Fields, Stefko Blvd & E Market St, Bethlehem, PA 18018.
T3 West teams are based out of the Lehigh Valley PA area. Our T3 West teams train and compete on a year round basis, including strength and conditioning sessions.
Tryouts Schedule:
11:30am-1:30pm: Grad Years 2020 & 2021
2:00-4:00pm: Grad Years 2022 & 2023
4:30-6:30pm: Grad Years 2024, 2025, 2026, & 2027

Danielle Bay
Head Coach: High School
T3 West Regional Director and Head Coach. Head Coach at Cedar Crest College. Attended and played at Centenary University.
Lindsay Hughes
Head Coach: High School
T3 West coach working with the 2020 and 2019 teams the past two years. Played at Ramapo College of New Jersey for four years and post graduation in 2012 became the graduate assistant with the inaugural women’s lacrosse team at DeSales University.
Kiersten Mulvey
Head Coach: Youth
Played goalie at Muhlenberg College. T3 Alumni and has coached goalies, middle school and high school teams for T3 Elite. Current Assistant Coach at Muhlenberg College.
Liz Mulvey
Head Coach: Middle School
Played lacrosse at Misericordia University where she was a two-time All MAC (Freedom) selection earning Second Team as a freshmen and First team as a senior. Played for T3 Elite Alumni and previously coached T3 West 23/24 this past summer. Current assistant coach at Susquehanna University
Ashley Pope
Head Coach: High School
T3 West High School head coach. Competed at Shippensburg University from 2010-2014, starting as an attacker and making her way to midfield. Former Assistant coach for Muhlenberg College in the 2014-2015 seasons, and an assistant coach at Moravian college in the 2015-2016 seasons.
Rachel Smith
Head Coach: High School
T3 West High School head coach. Attended the University of Florida to play lacrosse and now is the Head Coach at DeSales University.
Kristen Stuckel
Head Coach: Middle School
Current head coach at Muhlenberg College. Former player Gettysburg College. T3 West Middle School head coach.
