Registration is open for the Duke University Women’s Lacrosse Winter Camp (Dec. 27-29) and 7v7 Tournament (Feb. 3).
Duke’s training sessions focus on teaching the skills, concepts and game situations that will give you the confidence to make quality decisions on the field and ULTIMATELY prepare you to play at the next level.
Small sided, full field and loads of scrimmage opportunities with and against like-minded players and staff will be held each day along with tournament play each evening.
Duke camps also feature sessions on Recruiting, Strength & Conditioning, Speed Training, Nutrition and Sports Psychology. All camps will feature the entire DUKE staff and players and an outstanding staff consisting of top Division I head, assistant coaches and players.

The Duke Winter Camp is being offered for the serious and advanced lacrosse player! It is geared with special emphasis on preparing outstanding 8th – 12th graders who wish to continue progressing at an elite level. This camp will feature an outstanding staff consisting of top Division I head and assistant coaches. Our training sessions will focus on teaching the skills, concepts and game situations that will give you the confidence to make quality decisions on the field and ULTIMATELY prepare you to play at the next level. Loads of scrimmage opportunities in small game and full field situations with and against staff will be held each day along with tournament play each evening. The camp also features sessions on Strength & Conditioning, Speed Training, Nutrition and Sports Psychology.
The DUKE Goalie School – DUKE Assistant Coach Morgan Heisman and our outstanding goalie staff will train you just like our goalies at Duke. We offer separate training sessions that focus on quickness and reaction skills, technique and special situations. Goalies will have opportunities to participate in all scrimmage situations and will be placed on tournament teams for evening play.
Junior Blue Devil Winter Camp
December 27-29, 2018
Commuter: $525
The Jr Blue Devil Camp is offered for intermediate players grades 6-8. The curriculum for this camp is geared towards the experienced middle school and junior varsity players. We will offer an outstanding staff consisting of top Division I college players and coaches who will focus on helping you become the best player you can be. Each day is designed to develop your skills and lacrosse knowledge in an atmosphere that promotes learning, competition and fun. Skills, concepts and game situations will be instructed through drills, small games and team competition. Middle school camp will run simultaneously to the high school Winter Camp during the day. We do not offer housing for any Jr Blue Devil campers. Advanced 8th graders should register within the Winter Camp listed above.

WHEN: SUNDAY FEBRUARY 3, 2019
TIME: Check-in begins at 7:30am — Tournament Games and Clinic from 8am-1pm
ROSTER FORMAT: Teams must have a minimum of 10 players but a maximum of 14 players. Each team must have at least one goalie.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT: All tournament games will be played 7v7– 7 field players + 1 goalie (2 players will hold behind the restraining line).
