Harriton 2018 Goalie Daniel Silbergeld has received an appointment to the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, NY where he will play Division III lacrosse for Coach Tom Gill. Silbergeld was nominated to USMMA by Sen. Bob Casey, Sen. Pat Toomey, Rep. Dwight Evans and Rep. Charlie Dent.

Why did you choose USMMA? “It is a privilege to be able to serve my country, get a first-rate education and to play lacrosse at a premier Division III program in the Skyline Conference.”

I would also like to thank my goalie coach, Dave Baker, who not only taught me how to be a better goalie but also taught me to be a better teammate and defensive leader.
