York College sophomore attackman Cameron Leech (Abington) was named to the 2017 USILA/Nike Division III All-American Teams as an Honorable Mention selection.
Leech enjoyed an incredible season as one of the best facilitators in York history. He finished with 48 assists, a new single-season school record, along with 17 goals, totaling 65 points. He now sits fifth in school history for assists in a career as just a sophomore, with 69, just 11 behind the record-holder Tyler Hutson.
Against Christopher Newport in the CAC Tournament semifinals, Leech dished out seven assists, the most in a game in school history, and added five more against Aurora, tied for third-most in a game. In just four games, Leech failed to record an assist while playing in 20 of them. In the first four games of the season, Leech totaled 12 assists and was a second-team All-CAC pick this year.
