More than 75 players competed Saturday in the Duke’s Nationals tryout and mini-camp Saturday in the snow at the Coppermine Du Burns Arena on Boston Street in Baltimore.

DUKE’S NATIONALS standouts, included 2023s  (from left): Brayson “Goose” Wilson, goalie from Charlotte, N.C.; Jimmy Kennedy, attackman from Springfield/Haverford School; and Ryan Falkenstein, multi-positional player from Broomall

The standouts from the event, which included players in the classes of 2022 to 2025, were 2023s Brayson “Goose” Wilson, an elite goalie in his class from Charlotte, N.C.; Jimmy Kennedy, a premier attackman from Springfield (D) and Haverford School and Ryan Falkenstein, a multi-dimensional player from Broomall.

All three players have been added to the Duke’s 2023 High School team.

The next Duke’s tryout/mini-camp will be held in February at the North Carolina Challenge, a 2-day event at a date to be announced.
