West Chester Lacrosse Association Winter Skills at Westtown School are a great way to gear up for Spring Lacrosse season! The sessions will be led by West Chester Directors of Lacrosse Dan Deckelbaum and Amanda Gionfriddo. The boys’ and girls’ coaching staffs consist of top middle school or high school coaches and current star high school players. There will be a player to coach ratio of 8-1 or less and players will get individual instruction at each session.
Each session will focus on players improving lacrosse technique through high repetitions and having fun in competitive drills and games. Every session will include high level instruction as well as teaching fundamentals depending on players age and experience level. The skills clinics are a skill progression based program and each player will improve lacrosse IQ, in a fun, safe environment.
