NXT Sports has announced it seeks a position of Manager of Girls Lacrosse Education & Youth Clubs.
NXT’s Manager of Girls Lacrosse Education works directly with the Director of Girls Lacrosse and reports to the COO.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all Introductory and fundamental level programming
a. Responsible for staffing, directing, adhering to budget, payroll, facility coordination, sales/registration management, executing Cradle Lacrosse Programs, PlayFast Training and PlayFast summer camps
b. Customer service- Respond to all basic program inquiries via email, website, phone, voice mail, etc.
2. Oversee NXT Lacrosse Club Youth Teams
a. Responsible for staffing, directing, adhering to budget, facility coordination, sales/registration management, and executing successful 2027, 2026, 2025 teams.
b. Work with Director of Girls Lacrosse to develop practice plans and yearly tournament schedule
c. On site manager for all NXT LC Youth practices and tournaments
d. Responsible for coordinating youth coach standards and quality control
e. Handle all pre/post event communication with participants/coaches
f. Recruit, monitor, evaluate and develop coaching staff
g. Attend LC Tryouts, Expo Nights, Spring Township Guest appearances, player/parent meetings, NXT LC Team building events, etc.
3. Travel Coordination
a. Manage player/coach travel coordination for the NXT LC 2025, 2026 and 2027 teams
b. Coordinate 2025, 2026 and 2026 team hotel needs through hotel partner
4. Apparel & Equipment
a. Plan and execute a gear strategy that includes timetables and is in accordance with our budget for your programs. Track yearly gear spends. Work directly with Director of Brand/Marketing on design and brand.
b. Manage inventory control
5. Finance
a. Track all expenses to budget and prepare regular finance reports
b. Manage club tuition payment plans.
c. Manage League Apps registration, refunds & discounts link set up for your programs & teams
6. Technology
a. Manage League Apps, Team Snap, Google docs and conduct all backend management of rosters in Expression Engine.
b. Follow up with all Google ad words and Facebook customer targets
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in girls lacrosse, coaching expertise, excellent organizational skills, proficiency with technology and social media, excellent written, oral and interpersonal communications skills, the ability to multi-task and handle several assignments simultaneously, and the personality to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
