Ethan Masucci profile:

Ethan Masucci

2018

Position: Midfield

College committed to: Monmouth University

Club team: Big 4/HHH

Lacrosse honors: 2nd team All Catholic

Why did you choose Monmouth? “Coach (Brian) Fisher and his staff have built an excellent program since Division I inception only a short time ago. The approach to balance academics and athletics is a great fit for me. Coach Fisher’s vision for the future success of the program and success of his players on and off the field is what I was searching for.”

HS team’s 2017 highlights: “We had some great wins over some big Philadelphia teams and a Top 10 national ranking for most of the season. Next year we look to bring home the state title in my senior year.”

Thank You: “I have been very fortunate to have some great coaches over the years: Paul O’Grady and Roddy Marino in youth; high School beginning with Coach Nostrant, who always remained a great friend to me; my La Salle coaches, coach Leahy, Resch, Dougherty, Hayes and coach Harrington who taught me to believe in myself on the field; my club and high school teammates who I just love playing with; coach McKinney who is not only a great coach but better friend and mentor who believed in me; my family who supported me on and off the field and did a lot of driving to practices and tournaments.”

Other schools considered: Manhattan, UMBC
