Conestoga 2018 attackman Chris Cara has committed to play Division III lacrosse at Denison University.

Lacrosse honors: Conestoga Offensive player of the year 2015, Jake Reed Nike Blue Chip Invitee, Maverick Select National team invitee, SweetLax Invitational 2016 and 2017 championship team, Naptown National championship Runner up 2016, Central League champions 2016 & 2017, District 1 champions 2017; and PIAA Runnerup, 2017

Academic honors: First honors for freshman, sophomore and Junior year at Conestoga.

Expected major: Economics

Why did you choose Denison? “After visiting many schools, I knew that Denison was the best fit for me both academically and athletically. I was very impressed by the coaching staff of Coach Caravana and Coach Zimmerman, the academics that are offered and the campus. It has always been a goal of mine to have a combination of both great academics along with a top ranked lacrosse program like Denison.”
