Victory Event Series is excited to introduce the NEW Beast of the East Showcase Sunday at West Chester University. This recruiting event will provide boys lacrosse players from the 2018, 2019, and 2020 graduating classes with guaranteed exposure to top level D1-D3 college coaches.

The Victory Event Series staff has created the Beast of the East showcase to produce a high-level and thrilling atmosphere, with many of the nations’s top college coaches in attendance. These coaches will not only be recruiting at the event, but also coaching the prospect teams throughout the day.

Beast of the East will display 140 of the top uncommitted high school prospects in the nation on only two fields, assuring all athletes with unmatched competition in front of over 50 college coaches. The event guarantees each team three 50-minute games, with an opportunity to play in the Beast of the East All-Star game at the end of the day.

The game will consist of the showcase’s top 40 players, selected from a panel of college coaches, and conclude with a Beast of the East “Most Valuable Player” or the “Beast of the East”.

Brian Santoleri, the showcase director, is thrilled to host the new event and believes that the tournament has unlimited potential for hundreds of future college prospects. Being a coach at Haverford College, Santoleri feels that not only does the tournament provide college prospects with a unique experience to showcase their skills, but will also present college recruiters with a hands on approach to coaching prospects.

This includes live game atmospheres with halftime speeches, coaching adjustments, and an opportunity to get to know players throughout the 3 game span.

“There will be 140 of the top lacrosse prospects in the nation provided with a college coaching experience on only two fields,” Santoleri said. “The response has been amazing. The players are excited to compete against top competition, and the feedback from the coaches has been overwhelming.

“I can’t wait for the showcase to begin and look forward to its promising future.”

Phillylacrosse.com will provide live coverage of the event.
