Jackie Neary, one of the most successful coaches in NCAA Division III women’s lacrosse, will be conducting the 11th annual Cavalier Lacrosse School at Cabrini University Edith Robb Dixon Field June 19-22.

The girls’ camp will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and from 9.a.m. to 12 p.m. Thursday. Weekly tuition for the camp is $250 and there are fantastic team rates available. The camp has been filled to capacity each year. Players will be grouped by age and ability and the focus will be on skill development and fun.

Campers will receive instruction in all aspects of fundamental lacrosse and get a chance to compete in full field play. Neary, a former member of Temple’s Division I NCAA title team, has led the Cabrini women to 15 conference titles and 13 NCAA tourney berths. She was inducted into the Cabrini Hall of Fame and the Delaware County Hall of Fame and is considered one of the nation’s top coaches in women’s lacrosse. Other camp staff will feature members of the Cavalier women’s lacrosse teams and local high school and college guest coaches.

The camp is open to players entering grades two through nine. Applications will be available in the Cabrini University athletic office and on-line at: http://www.cabriniathletics.com/sports/2006/9/4/Camps%20and%20Clinics.aspx
