Manheim Township 2018 draw specialist/attack Maris Large has made e averbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at the University of Vermont.

Major lacrosse honors, camps and showcases: Villanova lacrosse camp, the Presidents Cup

What will you major in/study? Psychology/ Criminal Psychology

Why did you choose this school? “I loved the area and the coaches and the girls were great. I liked how they run their offense. And they have a great Psychology program.”

HS team’s outlook for 2016 season? “We are coming off another run in the state playoffs, and we should be a strong team again. We have some excellent seniors and juniors returning and a lot of talented underclassmen for depth. The coaches continue to get us closer and closer to that ultimate goal. I’m excited and optimistic about what lies ahead this year.”

People to thank: “Thanks to my coach, Mark Pinkerton, for everything he has done to help me become a better player; and to both my parents (Larry and Teresa), my siblings and friends/ teammates who have always supported me.”
