Haddonfield Memorial (NJ) 2019 midfielder/defender Wayden Ay has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Georgetown University.

College Choice: Georgetown

Club Affiliation: South Jersey Select (SJS)

Major lacrosse honors, camps and showcases: 2015 Rising Freshman Max Exposure All Star team champs, Nike Elite 120

What will you major in/study? Business

Why did you choose this school? “I chose Georgetown due to its beautiful campus, location in DC where there are lots of future job opportunities and unique experiences, history, a well respected and top business school, a new athletic facility, passionate coaches and, of course, lacrosse!”

Outlook for 2017 HS season? “I will be returning after missing half of my freshman season due a shoulder injury. I plan to focus on improving little technical skills and become more of an offensive threat.”
