Agnes Irwin and Laura Pansini made history Wednesday in a 17-4 victory today over Baldwin School.
The Owls (16-5, 11-1) claimed a school record third straight Inter-Ac title. Senior captain Pansini recorded her 200th career goal and with nine points (6g, 3a) set the Agnes Irwin record for career points, 328 (202g, 126a).

“This was an incredible day, a day we could only imagine when these seniors were freshmen on my first day at AIS,” said Agnes Irwin coach Jenny Duckenfield. “Kristin Burnetta, Emily Fryer, Kate White, Hannah Keating, Laura Pansini and Sarah Platt will leave a legacy in the record book, but more importantly, as leaders, they have built the foundation for our program in the future.”
Kristin Burnetta had two goals and three assists and Lila Barker added two goals and two assists for the Owls and Kate White had two goals
Agnes Irwin will open the PAISAA Championships this weekend. The Owls are the defending champions and the No. 1 seed.
