From Press Release

As a midfielder who enjoys facing off, are you tired of going to practices where they only work on face-offs for a short amount of time?

Do you feel like you should be more prepared to face-off going into your Spring season?

Are you looking for more experienced people to practice face-offs with?

Spots are still open to join the Philly Face-Off League this Fall. Over the summer over 53 different high schools and 25 different club teams from the Philly area send at least 1 face-off guy to participate in the PFL!

The PFL is a club where starting face-off players for their respective school or club teams can meet once a week to not only practice their skills against each other, but receive coaching as well!

In order to be a part of the league you must have at least one year of experience facing-off at a high level for your school or club team. This league is not for beginners. This is an IDEAL clinic for face-off guys who want to compete against other quality face-off players for 90 minutes while receiving individualized instruction if needed.

The Philadelphia Face-Off League is run by John Bodnar (Episcopal Academy, NXT Lacrosse) and Mike Dolente (Dukes Lacrosse Club). They both have an extensive background in working with some of the best face-off guys in the area and are asking for more guys to compete. This fall they will continue to be indoors at the Main Line Sports Center in Berwyn.

Any other questions please contact John Bodnar at phillyfaceoff@yahoo.com

The only way a face-off guy gets better is when they are constantly getting reps against guys who are just as fast and quick as they are! Take advantage of this opportunity and sign up now!
