Registration has opened for The Launch, a girls’ showcase targeting Division II and III hopefuls on Dec. 6 at Spooky Nook in Manheim, PA.
Location of showcase: The largest indoor sports complex in the nation, Spooky Nook Sports Complex, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd., Manheim, PA 17545 (indoor turf bubble)
Dates and times of event: Sunday, December 6, 2015, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
Key info for candidates: This premier girls’ event allows players graduating in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 to enter individually and showcase themselves before Division II and Division III and NAIC college coaches while learning more about the game, networking with athletes and coaches, and acquiring more knowledge about the recruiting process.

Great day of lacrosse inside the largest sports complex in the United States;

80+ minutes of drills and (4) 7 v 7 games;
College recruiting discussion lead by college coaches;

Top 30 athletes chosen to play in SHOWCASE game;

Schedule:
8:00 am – 8:30 am Check-in (pinnies will be distributed / teams will be assigned / head shots will be taken)
8:30 am – 8:45 am Meet Coach and Warm-up w team to prevent injury
8:50 am – 9:50 am Skills & Drills Clinic (3 stations rotation will be coached by elite high school coaches, current college players and accomplished college coaches: shooting drills (10 min), 1 v 1 Gauntlet (15 min), 1 v 2 Cornell (15 min), 3 v 2 Virginia (20 minutes)
10:00 am – 12:25 pm Games 7 v 7 games (w recruiting discussion half way through)
11:05 am – 11:25 am Recruiting Meeting lead by high level college coaches TBD (to occur between games) to be attended by athlete and/or parent: College Coaches will explain the recruiting process and the ins and outs of what parents and athletes need to know)
12:25 pm Showcase Teams announced. (All players are welcome to stay and watch from the sidelines, but have permission to leave if not part of the showcase game.)
12:30 pm – 1:00 pm Showcase Game: Full field game including (2) 15 minute halves
