BaggataGirls™ Lacrosse teaches the skills of lacrosse using novel drills, concepts and language players can understand, relate to and retain – all in a high energy and supportive setting. The program is not tied to any club or school team. It is agnostic in that regard. Its sole agenda is to teach girls the FUNdamentals, but with a flair. BaggataGirls Lacrosse stresses traditional staples but explores what is possible with the stick and a ball. The hope is to instill confidence and a passion for the game.
This is not a cookie cutter curriculum. BaggataGirls™ training transfers knowledge, maximizes touches and is designed to help players thrive in the style of play that has emerged in girls’ lacrosse. The goal, in a condensed time frame, is to help the girls advance at an accelerated rate.
