Registration is open for the annual Preseason Training with LB3 Lacrosse on Saturday, Feb. 28 at Shipley School.
The event, always scheduled for the weekend before the start of the opening of the PIAA spring season, features elite instruction from the best of the LB3 team, including founder Liam Banks, Scott Ratliff, J.P. Banks (Upper Dublin head coach) and Mark Duncan (Shipley head coach).
The event will be held at the Shipley School main campus turf fields in Bryn Mawr from 1 to 3:30 and is open to players aged 8 to 18 of all abilities and from any club program.
The training will focus on stick skills and improving lacrosse IQ as well as may other key skills to provide the high school or youth player the needed tools to make a mark when practice begins.

The director is LB3 founder Liam Banks, the 2001 Final Four MVP and NCAA champion for the Syracuse Orange and a graduate of famed Ward Melville High on Long Island.
The mix of coaches and lacrosse instruction will appeal to older and younger players. The focus is on basic skills in the framework of a winning lacrosse attitude.
