Black Bear has announced that its tryouts for its high school and youth 2016 boys’ club teams will be held Sunday August 30th at Mandarach Park, Off Swamp Pike in Limerick, PA.
Age Groups/Times:
Black Bear North 2020-2025- 12-1:30pm Fields 1-3
Black Bear South 2020-2025 12-1:30 Fields 1-3
Black Bear LC 2017-AA 2:30-4pm Field 3
Black Bear LC 2018-AA/A 2:30-4pm Field 2
Black Bear LC 2019-AA 2:30-4pm Field 1

Black Bear North, directed by Coach Bryan Churchey and Coach Grady Wise, will practice at Perkiomen Valley High School (Collegeville), while Black Bear “South”, Directed by Jon Heisman, will continue to practice at West Chester University.
Black Bear North will be training players graduating in the 2020-2025 (8th through 3rd grade). We offer our members year round playing opportunities against the best competition in the country coupled with off-season training programs with position specific instruction taught by our Elite coaching staff.
We Offer to Black Bear Players:
Quality Coaching and Instruction from our coaching staff which is made up of current high school head/assistant coaches as well as veteran youth coaches who’ve played at the college level. We also have current college players from Division 1 and 3 schools that have an extensive coaching background!
Black Bear is an American Indoor Lacrosse Association integrated program which means that our players and coaches will also learn the bio mechanics, principles, strategies and tactics of indoor lacrosse and how to transfer these skill sets to their field game from AILA President Johnny Mouradian and his AILA staff. We place a MAJOR focus on learning BOX lacrosse and offer our members opportunities in the winter to get quality instruction through the AILA and our staff.
We encourage our players to be involved with us year round and take advantage of our elite off season training opportunities that develop a player’s positional skill set, fundamentals, field awareness, footwork, and Lacrosse IQ.Our program is designed to give our members every opportunity to take their game to the next level. We are focused on the full development of our players both on and OFF the field!
Cost is $20 Per player Walk Up Registration will be available, please arrive an hour early for walk up registration and 30-45 minutes prior to try out time.”
