The Phillylacrosse.com Boys’ Rankings:
1. Haverford School (4-0) Prev: No. 1 The Fords completed a sweep of top MIAA teams. They play at Conestoga today.
2. Episcopal Academy Prev: No. 10 (3-1)The Churchmen, who held their own in a 10-8 loss to McDonogh (MD) on Saturday host Long Island power St. Anthony’s on Thursday. They move up eight spots with a very impressive early showing that included a win over Culver Military Academy.
3. Garnet Valley (2-0) Prev: No. 5 The Jaguars play Thursday at Owen J. Roberts.
4. Upper Dublin (4-0) Prev: No. 6The Cardinals defeated Avon Grove, 4-3, in double overtime.
5. St. Augustine Prep (1-1) Prev: No. 12- The Hermits defeated Malvern Prep and played mighty IMG National tough in a 22-17 loss. They play Tuesday at Penn Charter.
6. Bishop Shanahan (2-0) Prev: No. 11 The Eagles are off until April 7 when they host Great Valley.
7. Central Bucks East (3-0) Prev: No. 15 The Patriots earned a 6-4 win over Conestoga.
8. Malvern Prep (1-4) Prev: No. 2 The Friars had a much-needed win over La Salle and host Salesianum today.
9. Penncrest (2-1) Prev: No 14 The Lions play today at Parkland.
10. La Salle (1-1) Prev: No. 3 The Explorers look to rebound after a loss to Malvern Prep Tuesday at home vs. Radnor.
11. Radnor (1-2) Prev: No. 4 The Raiders have had a tough early-season schedule and face another test Tuesday at La Salle.
12. Salesianum (3-0) Prev: No. 9 The Sals play today at Malvern Prep.
13. Hempfield (3-0) Prev: NR The Black Knights have a win over Wilson West Lawn among its victories.
14. Manheim Township (3-0) Prev: NR The Blue Streaks host St. Joseph’s Prep today.
15. Germantown Academy (2-1) Prev: NR The Patriots earned impressive wins over Holy Ghost Prep and defending Ohio state champion Upper Arlington (in overtime) last week.
