Key Players for 2015:
Midfielders: Meghan Troup and Jill Kirk – Senior all-around players who are leaders on and off the field – fast, aggressive, we will need them to step up on defense and attack. Meghan led the team in groundballs last year.
Attack Players: Katie McDonough, Anna Picciano, and Claire Kinnel – All club players with plenty of experience, their skills are sharp and strong – hard working attack players who are able to catch, pass, and score – these three should lead on attack! Katie led the team in assists last year and Claire and Anna were second and third on the team in goals scored.
Defense: Mia Civitillo and Anneliese Jennings: Fast, multi-sport athletes who are well-conditioned and aggressive
Goalie – Daisy Noe – Always nice to have a returning goalie – Daisy is quick, confident, agile, and strong!
Comments from coach: “Once again, we have a core of talented, enthusiastic, and experienced players, mixed with new players who are passionate about the game of lacrosse, athletic, well conditioned and fast. We will need to come together quickly as a team, gain experience during our non-league games and then step up our play during league competitions. The FSL will be tough once again this year with many strong and experienced players returning and teams to face. This is a team game and we will need to count on everyone to work hard and play with the determination to succeed. The question will be whether we can get into top shape and come together as a team quick enough (GS is on break from March 5 to March 23.) We will need to jump into the season quickly, and must play with confidence, pass effectively and quickly and score often in order to win. I can’t wait to see these girls in action against other schools!”
Upper Dublin High School

Outlook: “We are very young and inexperienced this year. We have some speed in the midfield and we are working on consistency and gaining confidence as the season progresses. We are going to North Carolina over Spring Break for team bonding and playing a non-league game. Julie and Sarah will be called on to lead as 4 year Varsity starters. We are working to be competitive in the American Conference.”
