Kooper’s Tavern (Fells Point, MD) captured the 2015 Grand Masters National Championship at the recent Florida Lax Classic, held in Weston, Florida.
Nine players from the Philly area were part of the team’s wins over Elder Statesman (Hobart) in the semis and Rusty Red (Cornell) in the Championship game.
Philly players were: Eric Gorman (G), Joe Dettore (D), Doug Corrigan (D), Pat Carney (G), John Hoffman (A), Paul Linko (LSM), Neal Pettinelli (LSM), Chris Maits (LSM) and John Chessock (M).
