From Press Release
Pattison Sports Group, the premier sports marketing and event management firm in the Philadelphia area and owner of the Victory Event Series, is excited to announce Erica Roebuck as the new Director of Victory Girls Lacrosse.

“Victory is very fortunate to add someone with Erica’s experience. Her college, high school and club coaching experience will undoubtedly make us a better club. We share the same goal – establish Victory as a top club of recruitable athletes.” said Jeff Long, President & CEO. “She is an experienced coach and former Division 1 athlete who we are confident will do an exceptional job of furthering the Victory program. We’re excited for her to build upon on our success.”
Roebuck, who is currently the Head Coach at Bayard Rustin, has a robust resume that includes a head coaching position for Centenary College and a number of seasons as assistant coach for both Archbishop Carroll High School and Eastern University. She has also coached numerous elite club teams since her playing days at Villanova University.
“I’m really excited for this opportunity to take Victory Girls Lacrosse to new heights,” Roebuck said yesterday. “I am looking forward to working with everyone and raising the level of competition that this Club will bring to tournaments and the recruiting scene.”
Roebuck’s hiring came after former Director Ali Kern stepped down to accept a teaching position in Delaware. Kern will remain on the coaching staff. Roebuck will start the week of September 14th.
