Lehigh men’s lacrosse’s home game vs. Cornell on Saturday, Apr. 16 will be televised nationally on CBS Sports Network as part of the Patriot League package, as announced on Monday. The game is also one-of-two contests the Mountain Hawks will play in Goodman Stadium. Times for all 15 regular season games were announced on Monday as well.
Lehigh will square off against Cornell in its final regular season home game. It will be Senior Day, along with Community Day. The game features a matchup of nationally-prominent programs. Cornell has advanced to three straight NCAA Tournaments and 11 of the last 12. The Mountain Hawks and Big Red last played on Mar. 15, 2006, a 12-3 Lehigh defeat at then No. 5 Cornell which marked the first meeting between the sides since 1955.
The previous Saturday’s (Apr. 9) home tilt against Loyola will also be played in Goodman Stadium and will be Alumni Day. Opening faceoff against Loyola is set for 2 p.m. while the Cornell game will begin at 2:30 p.m. The Mountain Hawks last played in Goodman Stadium on April 6, 2013, a 13-10 win against Colgate.

The Mountain Hawks are hard at work preparing for their 2016 season, which begins on Feb. 6 vs. NJIT. The nonleague schedule is highlighted by road games at Duke and Princeton and a home showdown against Cornell.
