From Press Release

The summer Trashcan Lacrosse schedule is set. Who’s NXT to Play Fast?trashcan

NXTsports will be holding Trashcan camps all over the Philadelphia area, as well as at three Chicagoland areas and at the University of Hartford. The camps will feature appearances from NXT CEO and co-founder Andy Hayes, NXT co-founder and Hartford head coach Peter Lawrence, NXT Director of Showcase Lacrosse and professional indoor player Brett Manney, NXT LC Director Marty Kupprion and NXTChicago Director Kyle McGuire.

“The foundation of the game of Trashcan Lacrosse is to Play Fast,” NXT Director of Education Dylan Brown said. “We utiliize our Play Fast curriculum to focus on the 2v1 offensive advantage. Our Trashcan King of the Can tournaments teach players the art of the ‘draw and dump’ to improve shot angles.

“The communication that we use most frequently on the offensive side is ‘one more’. ‘One more’ lets your teammates know that you’re open and have a strong scoring opportunity. Trashcan players understand that the ball should do the work and in turn, it helps them enjoy playing a selfless brand of lacrosse.”

Players are exposed to a fast-paced, high-repetition environment while also having a ton of fun. Every day will feature prizes for campers, the majority of the locations’ campers will be able to swim and play in a Slip and Slide and enjoy a number of campers vs. counselors challenges.

If you’re looking for an everyday, run-of-the-mill camp experience, Trashcan Lacrosse isn’t for you. If you want to learn to Play Fast and have an unbelievable experience, now’s the time to sign up to Play Anywhere.
