Ali Baiocco scored five goals and Cassie Ford had four goals and three assists as Oak Knoll broke open a one-goal game with an 8-1 spurt to down three-time defending champion Moorestown, 13-10, today in the Nee Jersey Tournament of Champions lacrosse semifinals at Monmouth University.

Moorestown, the Group 3 champion, closed at 20-4.

Oak Knoll (22-2) advances to its first TOC final and will meet Summit, a 6-5 winner over top-seeded and previously-undefeated Ridgewood, on Saturday at 5 p.m. Ridgewood (23-1) was ranked No. 2 in the STEPS Lacrosse North America Rankings.

Summit won the game on a goal by Julia Pershel with just three seconds to play.

Ford sparked the Oak Knoll surge late in the first half as the Royals took an 8-4 lead into halftime and stretched it to 13-5 before the Quakers tallied the final five goals of the game.
