Maplezone Sports Institute lacrosse in Garnet Valley is offering Off Hand Training clinics on five dates in November.

Maplezone will work EXCLUSIVELY on players’ off hand with structured wall ball drills, ground ball drills, passing on the run, and shooting (on the run, time & room, inside, quick sticks). Each player will receive hundreds of rep with their offhand helping them develop in to a proficient, coordination, an all-around player by muscle memory and confidence in their off hand.

Players should have two years lacrosse experience (travel or recreational team) to participate in the clinics/

Players for all positions are welcome.

There are two different Groups: Ages 8-12 & 13-18.

Price: $150.00

Dates: November 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 12:00-1:00 pm.
