Pierre Armstrong ledger:
High School: Hatboro-Horsham
Graduation Year: 2016
Position: Attack
College Choice: Salisbury
Club Affiliation: Duke’s LC
Major lacrosse honors: Black Card 2013
What will you major in/study? Communications
Why did you choose the school? “I could tell Salisbury was a great fit for me based on the size, location, and general atmosphere that the school brings. After speaking with Coach (Jim) Berkman I was very comfortable with the idea of going there. There were many specific programs mentioned that were pertinent to what I hope to major in, so I knew I was putting myself in the best position academically as well.”
Team’s outlook for 2016 HS season: “We are returning a lot of talent on both sides of the field and should be able to make a solid postseason run. I’m excited to work hard and compete with this senior class.”
Thank You: “I would like to thank Coach Erwine and Coach Cellini from HLC for helping me in my early years of lacrosse.
I thank Coach Kurek and Coach Wilkocz (Hatboro-Horsham) for helping me develop as a player at the high school level, along with Coach Ebe Helm and Jason Christmas from Duke’s for helping me through the summer recruiting circuit.
Also deserving of thanks is Jake Durkin for coaching me throughout my career and always pushing me to become a better player and person.
Lastly, I want to thank my family and friends for the continuous support they have shown me throughout my life and in lacrosse.”
