.@MesaFeverLax 2019 girls reach finals of Lehigh Queen of the Hill

The Mesa Fresh girls 2019 RED reached the finals of the Lehigh University Queen of the Hill last weekend.

After going 5-2 in the seeding round the girls fought up to the top field in thrilling fashion by winning in a Braveheart by Isabelle Rohr (Episcopal Academy) over team Ultimate.

In the final, Mesa Fresh hung tough before bowing, 3-1, to the “Commits,” a team of D-1 commits from programs around the country. Mariah Sweeny (Hill School) was outstanding in goal for Mesa Fresh throughout the tournament.

The Mesa Fresh 2019 girls Green had a strong tournament and moved up the “Hill” to take sixth place out of 18 teams.
