Vero Beach (FL) 2017 midfielder/defender Emily McGowan (Ultimate Lacrosse, formerly Lancaster Country Day School) has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Stetson University.

Why did you choose school? “I fell in love with the school and its academics. I feel like I fit in very well with the team and I can’t wait to be part of the future of Stetson lacrosse!”
Outlook for 2016 HS season? “Vero has a great reputation for girls’ lacrosse and I think this season will be great.”
