Abington Senior High School 2017 attack Casey McCallister has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Lehigh University.

Lacrosse Honors: Suburban One All-League 3rd Team, Under Armour 2017 Uncommitted Team

What will you major in/study? Integrated Business & Engineering

Why did you choose Lehigh? “I chose Lehigh University because it was the perfect combination of strong academics and competitive Division I lacrosse. The campus is absolutely beautiful and it’s close to home. I immediately felt welcomed after meeting the coaching staff and team.”

Outlook for 2016 HS season? “Abington is a young team bristling with talent and enthusiasm. We are looking to return to the District Playoffs.”

Thank You: “First, I would like to give a huge thanks to my family for their constant love and support. I’d like to personally thank my dad for being my #1 fan and chauffeur, and my mom for being so positive and helpful through my lacrosse career.

“I would also like to thank all of my coaches, especially my Quaker City coach, Coach D, for his guidance and support. In addition, I would like to thank Coach McGee for helping me to become the player I am today.

“Finally, thanks to all of my teammates for great times on and off the field.”
