From Press Release

The Lehigh men’s lacrosse team continued its strong success in the classroom, placing 16 student-athletes on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, as announced on Thursday. Sophomore Civil Engineering major Cody Triolo led the way with a perfect 4.0 GPA in the spring. In total, five posted a 3.60 spring semester GPA or higher. The 16 total honorees were tied for fifth in the Patriot League (out of nine teams).

To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the spring semester and participate in one of the Patriot League’s winter or spring championship sports.

Senior Finance major Klay Heston followed Triolo with an impressive 3.87 GPA this spring while classmate Kurtis Kaunas tallied a 3.85 (also in Finance). Senior Cody Ferraro had a 3.66 GPA in his graduate Secondary Education program while junior Finance major Nick Fraboni posted a 3.60 grade point average.

Freshman Engineering major Danny Norris finished with a 3.50 GPA this spring while senior Political Science major Pat Dougherty tallied a 3.47. For the complete list of honorees, please see below.

Lehigh advanced to its fifth straight Patriot League Tournament in 2015, winning five of its last seven games including back-to-back wins over nationally-ranked Princeton and Stony Brook. Taylor and his senior class tied last year’s class as the winningest in program history, advancing to four league tournaments and winning two Patriot League Championships.
