Dougherty, Adams create NetNation Lacrosse; offers winter goalie school and elite summer camps

Brian Dougherty (Episcopal Academy grad, Chestnut Hill College head coach) and Drew Adams (Springfield-Delco, Penn State) have announced the creation of NetNation Lacrosse, which will serve as the umbrella for their growing offering of camps and clinics throughout the country.

“Philly Style” Goalie and Shooter School, founded by Dougherty in 2005 had representatives from six states across the country this year, and combines goalies and shooters for a week of instruction and competition.

“E20” Goalie School held its inaugural camp this past summer, and included 60 of the best goalies from the ’17,’18 &’19 graduating years. “E20” participants were put through a week of goalie specific training, aimed at helping them exceed their already high level of play. Players were hand-picked by Dougherty and Adams, and included several Division 1 verbal commitments that represented twelve states.

“Our goal at NetNation is to become the sought after resource for goalies of all ages and ability levels. The goalie position is very unique, and the programs we have developed are a reflection of the many years Brian and I have spent both as players and as coaches,” said Adams.

Also included in the NetNation staff are former Division 1 1st team All-Americans Austin Kaut and Niko Amato, both of whom are current Major League Lacrosse players. “The resumes of our staff cannot be replicated; however ability on the field is not always indicative to how one will be as a coach. In this instance, coaching has become a passion for all of us, and that is reflected in the quality of instruction our players are receiving.” said Brian Dougherty.

Brian Dougherty Winter Goalie School: Five Sundays, Jan 24, Feb 7, 14, 21 & 28th. At MapleZone Sports Institute in Garnet Valley, PA.

Elite20 Goalie Academy: July 10 – 14th. On recommendation only. Overnight camp at Bryn Athyn College in Bryn Athyn, PA.

Philly Style Goalie & Shooter School: July 24 – 28th. All ages welcome. Overnight and Day camp at Bryn Athyn College in Bryn Athyn, PA.
