East Islip (N.Y.) 2016 attackman Jack Hannigan has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at St. Joseph’s University.

Why did you choose school? “I feel the business program and lacrosse program are a great fit. My meetings with coach (Taylor) Wray, coach (Dan) Keating and the team made me feel right at home. Being only 2:45 – 3 hours from home is great too.”
Outlook for your High School team? “We are in the rebuilding stage with a new coach. We have many positive things going our way.”
Other comments: “I would like to thank my parents for helping me through this process. I would also like to thank my high school coach, Joe Ancona, and my travel coach, Pat Brennan, of the Outlaws for all of their knowledge and support.”
