Penn State was named the No. 1 team in the first Phillylacrosse.com Men’s College Rankings.

The Nittany Lions earned an 8-7 win Saturday over No. 4-ranked Notre Dame in South Bend. Drexel was No. 2 after a 14-13 win over No. 11 Albany on the road. Lehigh, off to a 4-0 start, is No. 3.

The rankings include all team at any level that is regularly covered by Phillylacrosse.com. The women’s rankings will be rel;eased Tuesday.
