Mt. Lebanon High School rising junior attack-midfielder Megan Gibbons has made a commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Lehigh University.

What will you major in/study? Undecided
Why did you choose Lehigh? “I love the coaches and the campus. It is a good distance from home and it has great academics that will challenge me. I fell in love with the school as soon as I stepped on campus.”
Thoughts on last season and outlook for next season? “The team works together very well and everyone gets along which lead us to a successful year. We won the WPIAL and had an undefeated season. We went to the semi-finals in the State Play-offs. Next season we should remain a strong team.”
Additional Comments: “I would like to thank my middle school coach Sam Shannon for teaching me how to play the game and love it. Also thank you to my high school coaches Brian Kattan and Julie Buschman and my club coaches, especially Katrina Silva and Kat Herzog for leading me every step of the way. Finally thank you to my parents and friends for supporting me.”
