Garnet Valley girls win Maplezone Sports Institute Winter championship

Garnet Valley closed out a perfect season in the Maplezone Sports Institute Winter League by defeating Spirit Girls Premier, 14-12, in the title game.

Garnet Valley had to overcome a man-down situation in the final three minutes of the game. The champions also rallied past Archbishop Carroll, 14-13, in the semifinals after coming back from a four-goal deficit late in the game.
