Jan-Feb dates: Sunday mornings, Jan. 5, 12, 26 and Feb. 2, 9, 23; Middle School 8-9:30AM, High School 9:30-11AM

Skills covered: Stick skills, cutting, shooting development, defensive positioning, slides, goalie training

Coaching staff: Jennifer Duckenfield (Agnes Irwin head coach, Ultimate Lacrosse coach); Phyllis Kilgour, attack, midfield (former Radnor coach, multiple state champion, 574 career wins); Kim Jackson, goalies, defense (three-time national champion at Delaware, three-time state champion as Henderson head coach).
