Bucks County wins Youth Division title to complete clean sweep at Keystone State Games

The best youth lacrosse players from the Central Bucks, Council Rock, Lower Bucks, and Warriors Lacrosse programs traveled to Penn State to represent Bucks County in the 2014 Keystone State Games during the weekend and helped complete a clean sweep in the championships.

The Bucks County Lacrosse Team won the Youth Lacrosse Championship at the 2014 Keystone State Games. The team consists of (1st row, from left) Matt Melendez, Vince Morsa, Ben Yerkes, Ben Morschauser, Daniel Forsythe, Ben Shelly, Dylan Mollick, Noah Spratt, Jake Krefetz, Will Anderson, (2nd Row) Coach Dan Gray, Colin Abbonizio, Dylan Huegel, Ryan Gray, Collin Weston, Kyle Gartenmayer, Matt Hemphill, Evan Bullotta, Max Dunar, Danny Mallee, Sam Graham, Tyler Perkins, Luke Nolan and Coach Austen Mollick.

Bucks County – which also won Senior and Junior titles – went 6-0 and outscored its opponents 57-16 on the way to a 5-3 victory over a tough Montgomery County team in the Championship.

The Bucks team featured Matt Melendez (CBAA), Vince Morsa (WL), Ben Yerkes (CBAA), Ben Morschauser (LBL), Daniel Forsythe (CRLA), Ben Shelly (CBAA), Dylan Mollick (CBAA), Noah Spratt (CBAA), Jake Krefetz (LBL), Will Anderson (LBL), Colin Abbonizio (WL), Dylan Huegel (WL), Ryan Gray (CBAA), Collin Weston (WL), Kyle Gartenmayer (CRLC), Matt Hemphill (CBAA), Evan Bullotta (CBAA), Max Dunar (CBAA), Danny Mallee (CRLC), Sam Graham (CBAA), Tyler Perkins (CRLA), and Luke Nolan (LBL). The coaches were Dan Gray (CBAA) and Austen Mollick (CBAA).
