The Central Bucks East boys’ lacrosse team closed its regular season with a 12-0 mark in the Suburban One Continental Conference Friday by defeating host Central Bucks South, 16-5.
The Patriots (15-3 overall) won their seventh Continental Conference title in eight years.

CB South (10-7, 8-4) struck first at 10:51, but the Patriots scored the next five goals in the first quarter. The Titans add two more in the second to close the gap to 5-3 at the half but in the third Matt Milici scored three of his five goals and the Patriots added three additional goals to seize an 11-4 lead at the end of three quarters.
Matt Heim added four goals for CB East and Matt Vetter had a pair. Andrew Del Brocco was 15 for 23 on face offs, Sean McGovern had 17 saves and the CBE defense, led by Tyler Butler (5gb’s 7 CT’s) Dustin Buchanan (5 gb’s 3 CT’s) and Mike Eveland (3gb’s, 1 CT) was consistent all game.
