Black Bear, which prides itself on teaching its members the right way to play and to respect the game, has added two assistant college coaches, two more high school head coaches, and a high school varsity defensive coordinator to its already impressive coaching staff for the 2014 campaign.
The newest members of Black Bear are Bryan Arra, Assistant Coach of Neumann University; Kevin Gallagher, Assistant Coach of Swarthmore College; Brady McCormick, Head Coach of Upper Merion HS; Coach Noel Breger, Head Coach of Unionville HS; and Coach Chris Defeo, Varsity Defensive Coordinator and Head JV Coach of Perkiomen Valley HS.
““I’m thrilled with the addition of these talented coaches to our outstanding staff,” said Jon Heisman, founding director of Black Bear and Head Coach of Bishop Shanahan HS. “We now have six high school head coaches, two college coaches and former and current college players that will be on the field training our members to compete at the next level and developing their lacrosse IQ.”
